Well, I have 2 questions and 2 comments. First, What program do you use for unreal tounament maps? And, can I help make maps, too? My map ideas are a metroid-type map, and maybe a war zone!

lol, I guess you don't exactly know what unreal tournament 3 is actually
unreal tournament 3 is an actual PC game (and a darn good one too)

now with unreal tournament 3 is the map maker included which looks sort of like this
the only difference is that is the unreal engine which allows you to build games, while the unreal tournament 3 map maker allows you to build maps, though they are very, very similar
if you can get a good enough computer to run UT3 and get your parents to allow you to own a copy of UT3 (note the "M" rating), then you could make maps, good luck
