Teaching Scratch to young children

I'm 12 and I'm teaching my 7 year old sister Scratch. I think she knows what all the blocks do, but she's asking me questions about complicated things (for a 7 year old) like scrolling, levels and walls. I was wondering what the best approach to this is?

Teach her! If she is ready for it, then let her try. If she has trouble, she can always go back to simpler types of projects. Scrolling is pretty much a need-to-know in Scratch today, so she probably wants to learn sometime. If you still don't think she is ready, give her lessons in variables. That will be the next step towards the things you mentioned.
