either they broke in, or they got in the car before he sealed it.  plus you said seals the window which is singular so they could use any other window.  all of these work though for some odd reason they're probably all wrong

If it has a quart capacity, how many pennies can you put into a empty piggy bank?

Oy! Thats a REALLY hard one! I don't know.

I have one with two answers. one is more easy to get. one is not so easy.
Jill and Jim are in love but need to move away from eachother. They keep in touch. Jim wants to send a ring through the mail but needs a lock. Both Jim and Jill have many locks and  many keys but none have the same. If you send anything through the mail without a lock it will get stolen. How will jim send her the package?!
