How bout when you post a project you can decide if you want people to be able to post comments. like if you dont want any criticism you can choose : disable comments.
and if you want people to post comments you choose : enable comments.
and it would ask you that every time you post a game where it asks you to do notes youll put a check mark on either one.

Wasn't that the lock feature. You could dis/able comments. But it caused loads of confusion and it's not sorted just yet.
But Hey! you must feel good that the people at Mit are working on your idea

yeah, i got my idea from lanie642 with her topic about rude comments, so i thought, "why cant you make it so no one can comment?"

no they wouldn't. just an update. they did one today in fact.you would controll it by a disable/enable (depending on which one you have on) and you can change them anytime! example: you get rude comments saying your project stinks, and they wont stop. you put disable comments on. you can wait a while, then put them back up hoping you'll get no more rude comments or you can never enable them again.
