interactive questions

Hello
Is it possible to make a game, for example Mario, and then after every 2 minutes have the students answer a question (e.g. translate a word).  Like that I could use it as as language trainer ...
I don't see how this can be done:
scratch gives a word, pupils translates, scratch continues with game if answer is correct, scratch makes you lose a life (or something like that) if the answer is wrong.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you

Re: interactive questions

Hello
Not really, no, although it is a very nice application.  But it is not a game, it is a dictionary.  I would like the students to translate the words, as an exercise on the vocabulary actually.
Play for 2 minutes, and then a question appears which they have to answer correctly, before they can continue the game.
