Re: Is there any way to create battle options?

People will probably say this to you A LOT:
If you're new, try basic stuff.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I kinda agree with that, but you can also just read loads of tutorials and have an AWESOME first project.
Anyway, the basic idea uses a variable to detect wether or not you're in a battle. Then the button sprites would have hide/show scripts for battle/non battle. Then when the buttons are clicked, you can use a broadcast for the second options to show. Then the attacks probably should be pre-programmed and you only say set attack to number. If you don't understand, ask somebody else (I 5uck @ 3xp14n1n6) Ok why did I just talk in 1337?

First off, don't try to type huge text for attention. It's annoying, and will make some people think you're a total noob.

As JTSM suggested, you should start out with something simple unless you've used Scratch before registering.

he's right about trying something simple on your first project, and that you shouldn't write so big, but if you do write big or use any code, you should press the preview button, (it's right next to submit! you can't miss it!) so you can see the result. that way you can either fix the code or delete it so code doesn't show up in your post.
