I added a Chat project working with remote sensor connections for Scratch 1.4 (http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/s_federici/636309). I added a full tutorial (http://scratchconnections.wik.is/Projects/Chat_(Mac_and_PC), the tutorial style has been "stolen" from the excellent kredaki's tutorial about Network Pong, http://scratchconnections.wik.is/Projects/Two-player_Network_Pong).
It is supposed to work both on Mac OS X and Windows (but as I don't have a Mac I will be glad for any correction).
If someone is interested in having a compiled version of the python server (for Windows, as python it is included in Mac OS X as far as I know), please let me know and I'll try to create one.
