Is there a way to disable tagging but not comments or vice versa?

You can delete tags by clicking the [x] next to them though...

I wouldn't know, but people like Paddle2See would know. He'll probably answer this topic by tommorow.
But I don't think that there will be the disable tagging only option... Why do you want to disable the tagging?
