The amount of projects isn't updating!!!
Title says it all.

Hey, there, justtestingstickman. Due to the fact that there are many people visiting the Scratch site, there is a caching system for the Newest Projects channel in place that is supposed to help reduce lag while users view the website. Unfortunately, using this caching system results in a very-slow-to-update newest project channel.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
