Re: Hi, I am new here :)

Welcome to scratch! The best way to start out is to create simple projects about things you like, such as the things you stated! You could make a story in Scratch, a project about pets, computers, baking, cooking, or a project about friends. If you have any questions just take a look at the "New scratch members" or the "All about Scratch" forums. There are plenty of guides and tutorials there. If you can't find an answer to your question, feel free to post your question on either of these forums, and I'm sure someone will help you out. good luck and have fun in Scratch.

Re: Hi, I am new here :)

Thanks for the help.  smile   I created a gallery, but this place is kind of confusing.  I'm downloading the thing you have to download and it takes forever!   neutral

Oh, and what are the Scratch Blocks for?  I'm not very computer-savvy.

Welcome to scratch sunflowergirl,
The best way to get started is to read the Getting Started
And then move on to
Scratch reference guide

I hope I've helped.
