I've seen so many fake RPGs or text RPGs out there that I decided to make one of my own. It's called Stick RPG and it includes a save/load system (which was very hard to do) and a quest(s). It is a beta so I am still working on it, but the beta is currently public (http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/dOT145/631725).
It works very poorly online, so if you want to play it, it is best enjoyed while downloaded in presentation mode.
The second skeleton you see (By the way) is named Fred. If you click on him he says something... :E

O rly?
A working save/load feature?
Brb, checking it out
By the way, what do you mean fake RPGs? An rpg is a role playing game. As long as you play a role, its real
Don't knock teh RPGz

YA RLY
The save/load code makes it more like a console RPG (in a way) by letting you resume your progress.
When I said its a real RPG, I meant one where it's a video game and not text/gallery based. It's also because in this one there is a fighting system and you have visible HP and other status objects.
Text-based RPGs are more commonly known around the internet ( and by me) to be RPs. Although, I do agree, I was a little biased. Sorry

Save/load systems are very easy. Though they only work when downloaded. It is impossible to make one that works online with scratch. And there is nothing that can be considered as a FAKE RPG...

What make the other RPGs fake? An RPG is any game where you play a role, lots of games can be considered role playing games, freaking Hamtaro games are RPGs! You play the role of a hamster! Tell what makes your RPG real and the other ones fake.

When I said fake, I meant those gallery- or text-based RPs. They say they are RPGs, but they are known everywhere outside of Scratch as RPs.

RP means Role Play, whern people say "Let's RP" they mean "Let's role play" which means "Let's play a role playng game", galley RPGs are real RPGs so I don't see what makes this RPG anymore real then Anthros Unite RPG or Demons RPG.

Saveing and loading is actually possible online. Just say, you were given a Code. Then you type it in to the RPG and it should load your project! For example, its a 4 digit code . . .
4865, (4)= 4 men, (8)= 8 horses (6)= 6 X (5) = 5 Y . . .

You don't understand the post just above that, apparently.

I know that. I was saying that Stick RPG works poorly online overall, not just the code.
