tricks
I want to be a really great programmer, but I've noticed my progects are stupid. If any one has some great scripts they've invented, please give it to me. PS, anyone else can read these for ideas too!! PSS: I think it would also be cool to use smiley central on forrums!

Every one of the 68,000 project on this site has been "given to you". All you have to do is find a project you admire and download it to your computer with the link under the Download This Project heading. You can learn a lot by taking a look inside other people's projects! That what Scratch is all about. If you have questions on the scripts, either post a comment on the Forums or ask the original author.

midnightleopard: it's not so nice to call your projects stupid. I am sure you have learned something making them and that is a lot more than many of us knew about programming at your age. Paddle2See is right, you should download the code from other projects and try to learn from them. Start from simple ones and slowly move up. If you have any specific questions about how to do something just come to the forums.
