60 seconds before new post

This is a question and a suggestion. (rhyme!!!!) why is there the 60 second rule and can it be deleted because it gets on my nerves XD  smile

Yeah, it can get really annoying, but its necessary, because if it wasnt there, Scratch would be covered with spam!

How about, like the signature rule, you have to have over 50 posts to start posting in less than 60 seconds a time!
