Go to Kick YouTube and you can download the sound OR the video. But you can't put the video in Scratch without taking a billion screenshots.

Ok.
You can't post a video on scratch.
You can post some sounds on scratch.
If you want to convert youtube search "youtube to wav" (or mp3) then use that converter on the youtube video you want. Put the output folder so you know where it is. There's your utube to sound.
To import that sound go into scratch. Go to background and click sounds. Import the sound.
There ya go.
