CAn you upload images like .jpg and use them as sprites?
I cant draw on the computer and this would make my uploads better

Yes, get some pictures you want and put them on your desktop, then go to th sprite folder in scratch and go to desktop, and select your pics.

In the scratch image editor, you can use the "Bucket" to pour the color "transparent". In the color pallete, transparent is represented by a very light gray/white checkerboard pattern.
