Anthros are like half-human half-animal creatures, or humanized animals. ^_^
Here are some examples of anthros:

Okay. I think I have a better description now.
Tokis are snake-like creatures with spikes/hair on the top of their body. They move by arcing their tail and relaxing it back down, causing movement. That's what I suppose they are.
I suggest asking Maki-Tak for some more insight on it.
