Bug in 1.4

I was in the "motion blocks" tab and I needed a "When I recieve _" block, and when I clicked on the "Control" tab the motion blocks stayed there and it showed that both tabs were open in the tabs section. I know it wasn't intese lag because I could move blocks around.

I clicked back and forth in between those categories about 20 times and nothing like that happened

Re: Bug in 1.4

Maybe try to switch to another category, like pen, and then to control... anyway, this is strange.

Re: Bug in 1.4

I had the same thing between the 'Operators' and 'Control' tabs. It must be related to the 'Control' tab rather than any of the others. It only happens for a couple of seconds so it's not too bad.

Re: Bug in 1.4

that's happened to me a few times with any other tab and control, it's not a big deal; in fact, it's not even a small deal

Speaking of which, have you ever seen a grey stripe pop up while you're making a costume? Let's make a big joke of it being a new Scratch mascot.

Re: Bug in 1.4

It's rather a white square sized 8x8 pixels or something like that.

Re: Bug in 1.4

I think that ties in with a bug in Scratch or the space is getting low or something like that.

Re: Bug in 1.4

These both sound like display glitches -- the window is not getting redrawing properly for some reasons. What OS are you running?

I have seen both glitches, neither are serious.

Re: Bug in 1.4

Are these bugs something that you can make happen every time with some series of steps?  If so, please explain how we can reproduce them.

No, it doesn't seem to be very consistent.

Re: Bug in 1.4

Thats an old glitch, I found it back in 1.2

Try clicking the control button again, and it should work. Its such a minor bug that it doesn't need to be fixed.
