How do I convert my projects to wma files/email sendable file?

I have a project that I don not want to post onto the scratch website but i want to send it to a friend so that they can see it. How is this possible?

Best way  is to send them your project and get them to download Scratch and run it.

All other methods take 10 - 20 times as long to do and don't work very well.
