I had an image on paint. I tried to copy it to a topic, but nothing happened. How do I post an image on the forums?

Okay, first you goto a image hoster like image shack
http://www.imageshack.us
Then you upload it (with imageshack, you need not even register)
After you've done that just copy the direct link and enter it like this:

For example, here is a direct link to an image http://icanhascheezburger.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/funny-pictures-squirrel-big-nuts.jpg
Here it is in the code
