Pitch Recognition
I know voice recognition doesn't work well, but how about pitch recognition, like a chromatic tuner? It would be useful, say, to people who wanted to create an automatic song recorder, a Voice Lessons simulation, etc.

Voice recognition has actualy been added to Scratch, but its not on the scratch website, its on scratchconnections
