changes in color on website verses on computer

this project:

has many issues with colors.  if you download it you will see that the colors are different online then they are offline.  if you play the game youll see how badly it gets screwed up.  is there any way to fix this?
this one, which is the same basic premise works fine with out color:

edit: oh, and the sprites are being changed by the color modifier built into the program

The color modifier works else online then offlline. I was having trouble with this with my lego model creator.
