There will be a forums-type this and a homepage and stuff...
And I'll embed all the projects you enter...
Just ask here and I'll make it and you can tell me what to do on it.

No, its a yearly fee. Just find a decent free web host and you will only have to pay 10 dollars for the year.

there are a bunch of website makers that are free. I can name four off the top of my head. Freewebs, Blogspot (or something like that), weebly, and synthasite.
