You can enter it into as many categories as you want 
although at some point a project can't be educational as well as a game and art so it is wise to make several projects

oh, ok. Just one more question: Can the project exceed the 10MB limit but be posted on another website, say freewebs or weebly or something?

not for me, sorry. as a judge, i will make a gallery for educational projects in the scratch olympics, and ask for all submissions to be added to that gallery. I will only judge the projects in the gallery, if you make a project and dont put it in the gallery, too bad. Thats the only way to keep organized and seems pretty reasonable to me. the link to the gallery:

Yeah right now I'm taking over for tecnoman for a couple of days and I rule that projects have to be shared on scratch.

Yeah. I was moving and the internet guy wasn't supposed to come until Wednesday morning but we found some internet connection at our house in the neighborhood.... And thanks A TON for taking over for a while. It really helped out.
