These Converters Are Very Useful For People Who Don't Have Scratch Installed That Way They Can Still Play The Game On There Computer.
A Suggestion For Scratch Team: You Could Make It So When You Download You Can Choose either: .sb .exe or .app . That Way If You Want To Have A .sb so you can change it make it better or anything like that and for .exe or .app You Can Simply Just Play It and this would be useful for movies.
For A Window Converter: http://chirp.scratchr.org/ or if you just want to download it: http://chirp.scratchr.org/dl/ChirpCompiler-setup.exe . Hope That Helps!
(I Should Add "Hope That Helps!
" Too My Signature. lol)
But like Jens said in another topic, chirp is not really for converting.
True Its A "Fake" Complier Thing. But It Works Like A Application!

a "fake" compiler?

Thats What Jens Says..

I'm calling Scratch2Exe a "fake compiler" because it doesn't convert any code to - say - bytecode or machine code. All it does is pack a project togegether with a runtime environment. This is how most interpreted languages do their executables (like the BASIC variants). So, the application you're getting out of Scratch2Exe isn't "fake' at all, it's every bit as real as any other application

I have worked very hard (Through about 18 hours and a lot of caffeine) to make an application that will allow mac users to convert their projects to .app format, you can download the converter at the following adress:

The link is broken.

Yes. Just go to Chirp.scratchr.org.

Sounds awesome!
Too bad I put Scratch on my PC... oh well. I'll get my stuff on the Mac somehow!

It just says,"the file link you requested is not valid". I'm using Firefox on a MacBook. Sometimes Firefox does that kind of thing with not being able to open files (but it's a lot better with running other things), so do I need Safari for it, or am I forever doomed to not have my own apps?

If you can't create a scratch to windows exe converter, is it possible to make your mac converter run on windows? That way, windows users can make .apps for distribution to mac users!
