Equipment: (everything's black unless otherwise noted)
Head: Helm that has a subtle spike and has spikish things extending backwards
Eyes: Well mask, obviously it's pretty sick cross between Rorschach's and Nite Owl's
Chest: A subtle body armor (painted black) under a black shroud, still allows movement
Legs: Shin guard like armor (black)
Arms: Arm protectors, contoured with designs of shadows and nighttime
Hands: Tough gloves (resist acid)
Feet: Quiet boots that come pretty high but allow versatile movement
Waist: Belt with assorted tools (I don't tell anyone what they are

I've decided to have 3 powers but I will have 2 weaknesses.
Is that okay?

Power 3: The ability to make balls of energy.


Weakness 1: Broken Time Strange (Say, someone invented a Time Machine—he or she would be able to either control me, or I would be defeated).

Personality: Somewhat quiet, usually tries to avoid conflict.

The rest of the story: His name, was Platinum Falcon, but has changed it to Nebula Vulture. He has now made a new country by taking over the Chez Republic. The Shadow Vortex team lead by me, is going on a secret undercover mission in his base. domothenses, you go on with what happens on our mission.

From what I understand, he has also made an underwater-base where he is making a giant army of robots (I suggest that Robot-X goes there because he'll blend-in well).
I also heard something about a some kind of Flying-Fortress—but that's when I realized a robot was watching-me and that he was about to shoot me!
I would've been melted by a phaser if not I had teleported at lightning-speed.

He is not very social, very shy, but loves his friends, so if one's in trouble, he is impatient and runs out to save that friend. Very trustworthy. He has not seen one thing he was afraid of, yet. Will stick to his mission NO MATTER WHAT. Very revealing to his friends, unless he's told not to reveal anything. Also, he's 9 years old.
