Re: scratch 1.4 glitchy

I've experienced a few more online glitches for 1.4 projects than 1.3 projects, but, running 1.4 offline, I haven't encountered anything.

Re: scratch 1.4 glitchy

Well, if you found glitches in 1.4, you should type that they are so maybe the Scratch Team can investigate.

Re: scratch 1.4 glitchy

May I tell you two?  tongue
I'm making a Ga Ga game (just like we play it at summer camp), but:
1. The random number is always 1
2. Even though the condition is true, it takes both paths instead of just the true.
Eg:
[blocks]
<when green flag clicked>
<show>
<set{ activepc1 }to( 1 )>
<forever>
   <if> <( activepc1 <=> 1 )>                The rand. # is always 1
      <if> << <touching[ ball ] <and> <( <pick random( 1 )to( 3 ) <=> 1 )>>> <= RESTARTER
         <set{ activepc1 }to( 0 )        Control \/                                      ^
         <hide>                                           \/                                      ^
      <else>                                      \/                                      ^
         <broadcast[ ball hit ]>                    \/ ===GO TO RESTARTER===^
      <end>
   <end>
<end>
[/blocks]
until the ball is actually hit.

When you resize the window to too small for big stage, it goes to small, which is OK.
But when you make it big enough to go to big stage, it doesn't automatically go to large stage.

~~~~~~EDIT LOG~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Edit: Editorial changes made.              Spaces added/removed.
Edit: More editorials.                         Spaces added/removed.
Edit: Added explanation.                    "GO TO RESTARTER" added.
Edit: Added another glitch.                 Last paragraph added.
Edit: Words + \n                                 Sentence after blocks added, blank line added before the Edit  Log.
Edit: Editorial                                    Whitespace messed with
Re: scratch 1.4 glitchy
I also think Scratch 1.4 has problems because I CAN'T share a project
It would be great if you could share this project with problems to the web so others can take a look at it  smile
That sounds quite annoying...I see that you have a lot of projects already loaded.  Were they all loaded with older versions of Scratch?  What kind of error message (if any) are you getting?  Does it work on other computers?
It may be because not all projects show under "Newest Projects" anymore, but they will still show up in your account  smile
What is wrong with newest projects? Why does it do that now?
Sorry this is off topic, but are you really a moderator now? Are they making curators moderators?  hmm
It was just coincidence that she became curator and then a mod  smile
