More indepth options on projects.

I believe you should have the options:
1. Whether or not people can comment on your project.
2. Can your project be embeded (excuse me on spelling)
3. Finally, allow project to be seen by everyone or friends only.

The purpose of the scratch website is to share projects as widely as possible, so I doubt that the ScratchR people would be interested in implementing steps 2. or 3.  I suspect that they don't care as much about comments, so maybe they would listen to a suggestion that people be allowed to post projects that no one could comment on—I don't know.

There is no way to put your project up in such a way that no one can embed it.  In order to run the project, the client browser has to be able to download the .sb file, so any project that is runnable is embeddable and downloadable.
