Is is bug or feature?

I mean, the caps-lock filter. When i type O R L Y? N O W A I! without spaces, I get something like O Rly? No Wai!

Is it another tool to control us?

Converting my Scratch projects to Python!

it's just the forum
it can be annoying to do everything in caps
so theres an option that lets you turn off all-caps in topic titles, posts and sigs
