Sure! You can have Europe but there are still some Europe teams but they won't be affiliated with you. You need a country and a team name.

Dude, I'll be willing to do a team with anyone. I'm Canadian, but I'll do any country: even New Zealand, Netherlands, or South Africa. Canada is my #1 choice to join. Not sure what the point of this is, but it sounds real interesting. I know C++ and the stuff you need for a game. Pick Oldschooler2.
