So do we just attack people on the other team...?

Well, since no one else has started RPGing yet:

Jack (team Sosong): It is lunch time. There is to be no talking during lunch time at team Sosong. Everyone is formal, and eats with proper table manners. Suddenly, a herd of mirror cats invade! Jack immediately begins to attack the herd! Post if you fight or hide (if you win, you get experience!).

Grace (team Naynow): Everyone at lunch time is yelling and using poor table manners. All of a sudden, someone flings some food! It hits Grace right in the face and knocks her of her chair. Everyone gasps. Then, an evil laugh is heard, Grace jumps up and yells, "Food fight!" Everyone throws food at each other. Post if you fight or hide under the table (if you win, you get experience!).

Team Naynow: Everyone gasps. They turn around and see Croc! The most feared outlaw in the world! Everyone grabbed Croc while Grace got the mashed potatoes of Banzed's head. Once Grace got the mashed potatoes off of Banzed's head, she took care of Croc. Grace said to Croc, "Heyyyyyy, Croc! How's it going, you pre-historic freak?" "Shut up!" yelled Croc.
"Hey, your in no position to argue, my friend."
"Grrrrrrr..."
Croc called all of his strength to his body. In fact, he did this so well, he couldn't even think straight...and then he--(POST YOUR ANSWER)

Team Sosong: The mirror cats are still attacking Jack, and nobody is helping him! Should the team help him, or leave him there and select a new leader? Post your answer...

This was war! All of the people holding Croc down flew into the wall! Grace and Croc were at a showdown!

Grace threw a fruitcake at Croc! Croc ate it in one bite and gained 5 health!

Croc swung his tail at Grace! Grace took 4 damage!

Grace punched Croc in the face! Croc took 6 damage! Croc is in danger!

Croc throws 5 knifes at Grace! Grace dodged 2 but was hit with three! Grace took 9 damage! Grace is in danger!

Grace kicks Croc in his stomach! Croc took 4 damage! Croc is feeling dizzy!

Croc defends for one turn!

Grace charges for one turn!

Croc swings his tail at Grace! Grace, using her charge, picks up Croc's tail and throws him into the wall!

Results: Grace is seriously wounded, but has gained 15 experience. While Croc, is K.O.'d and lost 15 experience. Grace is now at 515 experience and Croc is at -15 experience.

Umm...Pickleinator is on Team Sosong. Okay, how about a troll comes out and attacks Banzed. Then, Zack and Atchu manage to pry him off. The battle is on!

Zack punches the troll for 3 damage! Banzed kicks the troll for 4 damage! Atchu punches the troll for 5 damage! All of these put together: 13 damage! But, the troll has high defense. So it's only 7 damage! But, that puts the troll in danger! The troll swings at Atchu but misses! Banzes does a final kick for 6 damage! Minus defense, is 3! The troll is defeated!
Atchu: Gains 5 experience
Banzed: Gains 5 experience but is mildly injured
Zack: Gains 5 experience

oh, um, I already posted that jack was killed by the mirror cats, but you can still go after them.

howd croc lose? last I checked grace was a young girl while croc was a 500 pound giant humanoid crocodile
its ufair if one person lke does the whole battle especially when its so unlikely

I didn't get pwned, because I secretly helped you by poisinng her food before she ate XD. So croc won 1) Because impark controlled him. 2) Grace is a little girl. 3) Grace was poisened. I stand a chance since I use magic (I think, if not, noweI do.) and ca make myself stronger with my magic or attack from afar.

Nobody died yet except Jack. Grace is very injured from Croc and Banzed is mildly injured from the troll. Croc only was defeated, not killed. Croc goes back to where he started. Jack is only dead because he's my character, so now my only character is Grace.

Atchu and Zack are trying to take over the Team Sosong castle. So far, they are 1/5 of the way there. They need 4 more miles to go. By the way, the last 2 miles are jungle. Even when they get through the jungle they will have to battle the remaining Team Sosong.
