it's not how many love its you have, well sorta, but Its the amount of time to get them. so if u have a project with 300 love its, but it took you 3 years to get it, it wouldn't get front page because you didn't get them all at once. however if I had a project with 15 love its that I got within 24 hours, I would get front page
