goto your homepage then just check their boxes and click the delete button in the top right corner

For example, find the file, and drag-it to the trash or something like that.

or right click and delete

Just go to My Documents\Scratch Projects and right click the bad one, press delete, and you are done! Assuming that you are using windows and running scratch 1.4 ,of course. 
if its 1.3, then:
Go to C:\Program Files\Scratch\Projects, right click the bad one, press delete, and you are done!
