When no one posts the topic goes down the list. When someone posts on a topic it "Bumped" to the top. Thus, the Bump was born, and people has used it ever since.

No one does, you have to train to earn it.

Slash wanders around juggling, then drops a water ball and it splashes onto his foot. "man... awell" he says shaking his foot then drying it with a small flame. Then he notices a red ninja in a tree (Hewio) "hey you, red ninja! never met you. whats your name?"
