shooting bugs (Archmage help)

It looks like everything works right, but even when I program one of my enemies to appear and shoot after a certain enemy is killed, It doesn't, and worse yet, it Stops the other enemy that use to shoot stop shooting! I uploaded the bugged up version of my game into Complex Games. Archmage, do u think u can pinpoint the problem, then anwser?

I can't identify your problem. You have many different enemies in your project and I am not sure which one you are referring to.
