Scratch goes to wrong costume

If a costume consists purely of a number written using the text tool, Scratch will go to this number instead of the costume's index.

Costume #7 consist of a number '1' written with the text tool.

[Set (x) to 1]
[Switch to costume (x)]

The sprites costume is set to Costume #7 rather than Costume #1.

This is both annoying and useful. It's very useful that Scratch can look up the text inside the costume, but there should be a way to stop this from happening as it screws up some projects.

Re: Scratch goes to wrong costume

That's weird... I didn't think Scratch used text inputted in costumes in any way...

Whoa, that's why I couldn't find the bug. Thank you! Now I just need to work around it. Maybe "01" or something.

Re: Scratch goes to wrong costume

Really?  Wow, I have to check this out...

Hmmm.  I'm not getting that result.  What are the costume names of the costumes you are working with?  I have seen cases where the names get confused with the numbers.  If you have costume names that are themselves numbers, that could lead to confusion.
