We just revised the card called "Keep Score"--you can use it to add a score to a game.
It's at the very bottom of the page: http://scratch.mit.edu/cards

SUGGESTIONS: Cards for such actions as making and choosing backgrounds might be handy for some people (with a warning about copyright infringement if you start by grabbing images via Google-type search) - or maybe cards featuring some of the more sophisticated processes such as making slider controls.
