Ok this is what you do.
1. You click on the Profile button on the forums below the scratch logo. Once you get to the profile page click the personalize button. Scroll down and you will see the space where you can type your sig.
2. To add and image on the forums you do

To find the image link (for an image on the internet) right click and click properties. This will show you some stuff and also the link witch you copy into the code like shown above.
3. On the bottom right corner of each post there is a link that says quote this will quote their message.
This should help!!!
