Editing Project Notes

Is anyone else having trouble editing project notes? I click on them, it changes to the editing format, but it won't let me edit!

Yes, sometimes I have to wait for a bit before it lets me edit (expecially if the notes are long). Usually I am able to edit them after waiting several seconds.
