Yeah, he thinks that about most cats, including Rosewing, his mate. xD That's why he cares for her so much, he believes she can't fend for herself without him :-P
And yes, Foxheart, Nightwing, they're all inferior xD
He is gentle with a lot of cats because he doesn't want to hurt the "little ones". xD Actually, in some way it's true because a lot of things that can hurt other cats can't hurt owlstar, and also he despises the warrior code and he's just special xD
he believes everyone to be inferior but that doesn't mean he despises them or anything. xD He just feels like he is the only one who's opinion matters and that he is the one who should lead all. Some people can describe that as "will to control", "believes in himself", "leadership skills"... but it's all really the same thing. xD

''look...i know this one cat, she died a while ago, but her spirit is in this forest, she can CURE blindness! i'm gunna take you to her!'' leaflight said. she hated thinking that this vampire couldn't see. (she means nightwing. nightwing can't 'cure' it, but she can make it so they can c w/ their spirits, rather than their eyes. but only she knows how 2 teach that.)

any1 here? Ugh I'm in a really bad mood, my dad made me go outside in the pouring rain, to pick up the boche (IDK how to spell it) ball set and then it fell on my foot, and then my dad yelled at me! DX and now my toe is all red and swollen!
