this isnt a place to makr bad accounts like bigc*ck123 or that stuff this isnt a place for adults either except for eductacaters and teachers dont post all thos TVMA or TV14 stuff okay.

Actually, I don't see what you have against Madness. Sure it shows a bit of violence, but it's not like people havn't seen any before, especially 2D cartoony violence. andresmh said it may be to violent for some members of the Scratch community, which is why I now place a warning on the posts underneath my projects clearly saying: This may not be suitable for 10 year olds or below.

It is really up to people to decide what they watch, and what they don't, and as of now unless a moderator/admin tells me not to I will continue posting my projects without regret.

However there are a few things that I have to agree with you, such as South Park and the bad account names.

Yeah South Park is very bad but personally i like Family Guy and they dont do as much stuff as South Park does this is what people should do if they are going to make a project that is not suitable for viewers 13 or under put a warning sign before the project starts

I have just reviewed the Terms of Use again and I find no statement that this site is not for adults.  The content on the site should be suitable for all ages but there are no restrictions on the age of the users.
