System capability

I am getting a used computer that currently has Windows 2000. I want to install Ubuntu, but I want to be able to have Scratch. So this leads me to 2 questions. 1:Does Scratch work on Ubuntu? and 2: Does Scratch work on Windows 2000?

Ubuntu is an OS. Cool looking, and I think it is from Linux, if I'm correct...

Re: System capability

I'll probably stick with Windows 2000. I won't download Ubuntu unless I know I can use Scratch.

Um, I think this is the first time you've been wrong, Archmage. Scratch does have a Linux version, it's just that it experimental.

Yeah... what is wine? But the nice thing is, if I get Ubuntu, it comes with GIMP!
