Nice, but for the screenshot there's this button called "print screen"...

I have Jing, I got it earlier this year for school.
We have tablet computers (with touch screen writing) so we can write out and record audio of step-by-step solutions for math problems, etc.

the key doesn't actually do anything for me, plus you can slightly edit your images once you take the picture

For images, I use ScreenHunter, which is free as well.
For videos, I use CamStudio, it's free too, and no duration limit.
Haven't tried Jing though. But you should seriously try SH and CS.

Well, for some odd reason, my Print Screen doesn't like to capture ActiveX contents (*cough* *cough* Roblox *cough* *cough*), so I use ScreenHunter.

no trust me jing is better, it looks so proffesional, it's just fancy, you can set a hotkey for taking a picture and also a hotkey for starting a video, plus it looks really awesome, the makers did a really nice job with it, you really need to try jing

I personally, don't care about the looks. I care about how well it works. Look at, say, Windows Vista. XD

Same with ScreenHunter and CamStudio. Also... Can't Jing capture, only a small region of the screen? Because SH and CS can.
EDIT: Yes it can. Oh well.
EDIT: Visited the website. As far as I'm concerned ScreenHunter doesn't have the "text box, arrow, highlight, or rectangle" feature. Although I usually don't need it, I could just use NotePad, or add highlight on MSPaint. Still, it looks neat. Too bad it's not free. D:
