So who's celebrating Cinco de Mayo? I'm having tacos and hiking in Red Rocks.

We had homemade tacos and also burritos!!! Yum. I'm wanting to do something else but idk what... I'd like to surprise my mom...(she teaches elementary Spanish and Spanish 1 at my school)

Wait, what?

Yeah, tacos are probably the best food besides ice cream cake. And for Cinco de Mayo, my mom's cooking a surprise...it has avocados > smile
