I think I use the pen somehow, but I've never used it before so I'm not sure how it works.
Also is there a way to control the fishing line with the mouse or must it be with the arrow keys?

It sort of would depend on what your view is. If it were something like:

/ \ O
/ _/\|________________________________________
/ | | | | |
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~|~~~~~~~~|~~~~~~~|~~~~~~~~~~|~~~~~~~~~|~
I'd just have the part of your fishing line that goes in the water do:

when  clicked
forever
point towards mouse-pointer ▼

And set the costume center to where it meets the other half of the fishing pole. (I hope my drawing doesn't get messed up.

I think it's like the picture he showed. Theres a boat on the water, and then the fishing line would move up and down in the water below.

It works on offline, but online it doesn't clear the old lines. It was a clever way of using the pen. i'm not very good with the pen blocks. Should I upload my attempt at doing what skykoi wants?
