Hey! CaptainCluck here,
I wanted to see if any fellow bookworms wanted to make a movie with me... I am currently working on Gaurdians of Gahoole 2013 Movie. And, so, I need... Voice Actors!
Animators! Artists! And, I already have worked on some animation and, since I don't have a microphone compatible with Scratch, I need more voice actors. However, It is possible for me to record on other programs and open it in scratch after converting it into WAV files, although it is extremely complicated process. The voice of Gylfie is already taken :( but that's okay, plenty of other voices are needed, however, will not be added until the scenes with voices are completed. I understand that this will require a lot of hard animating, and drawing. I hope you also understand that, too. Right now I'm animating in a program called "Pencil" which is absolutely free and works on most computers. I will be able to animate on pencil and import the frames into scratch using screenshots, The preview will require good art! Preferably from GIMP but I'm okay with people using just Scratch as that will be easier for most of us. But beware that I do find it hard to take art from one project and transfer it to another, as I have to use screenshots. I look foward to working with you all and I guarantee that this project, when it's done, will be a great hit. Free spritesheets for everyone! :D
Please comment if you would like to help! Or, if you have any questions or feedback comment and I will get back to you quickly. Thanks for helping!

I'm guessing they want to "Scratchify" it. Cool! I'm not going to join due to my schedule, but will view when finished!

I can't remember the name, but I'm absolutely sure there is a voice-recording application for Linux. Positive.
Try Poking around the search menu in the Ubuntu Home!

Yes but it was a really BAD movie compared to the book if you ever read it.
