How about a feature where you can reply to admin messages?
Support. It's on modshare, so why not here? (Though I can't find the original suggestion on MShare)

If you need to reply to an admin notification, you can use the contact us page.

Some people, especially the younger users, may not have an email to use with the form.

Agreed
Then you can use a parent's email.

That's unfortunate, I guess. However, if your parents won't let you create an email, then you really should talk to them about it.
Another thing you could try is asking the ST to reply in the form of a notification. That's what users on Mod Share who don't have emails do when they send us messages on the contact form.

You could ask your parents to contact the ST for you. We see it being done a lot if a child and their parent is confused by an admin message they received, and we're always willing to explain.
