if mlp is still going when you're 40 and you still like it i don't know about you but i believe thats sort of unhealthy
the show was originally aimed primarily for girls
but its your opinion and decision if you still like mlp when you're a middle aged man and its my opinion and decision that i dont like mlp at this age and probably won't at any age

I feel bad for not being old enough on Scratch to know you. 

I wish they looked more... normal. Like I think I'd probably mind the whole thing a lot less if they weren't so oddly thin, not coloured like that, and OH GOD RAINBOW'S HAIR.

There ARE already middle-aged men that like MLP, and I don't see why its your place to judge them.
