By working, supermon probably means that he (um, no offense if i got the gender wrong) wrote articles and stuff for it.
And pressure might be a lot of readers wanting a certain article but not getting it as well as making sure EVER stinking fact was ACCURATE.

Yes, you are accurate with all of that, including my gender(so many people think its supermoM, which is really annoying.)

I chained 41 Shinx's to get my shiny Shinx... But then I accidently went into a bush that had a Bidoof in it!
