global change

it would be convenient if we could globally change something, like variable names, list names, variable values, variable types, ect. Maybe a checklist of all variables plus a scroll down list of all the things you can change?

Re: global change

Well, as far as I know, you can just delete the variable and rename it. In 2.0, you can change the name of the variables and lists. And there is a checklist of all variables, but I'm not sure what you mean....

BUT! if you delete and rename a variable, sprites that have the set [] to () brick will not understand the name change.

What I ment was a menu would come up with a list of variables that you could check, and a list  of properties, like change name, change type, ect

Oh, I see what you mean. Yeah, those are good suggestions, but I don't think the ST is adding those features.

Well that's disappointing, and I just give you an Internet :)

Re: global change

Yeah, it takes a while for every rename. (think of 12 renames...)

Tip of the whatever: Don't post in threads older than 2 weeks unless your post will actually be useful.
It's the last day of 1.4! *cries* (quote from NeilWest, rest by me) by the time you read this it probably will be 2.0  sad
