That's not his idea.
He's saying the ST are locking his topics and telling him to post it on the 2.0 forums, but his account is newer then Jan 1st 2013 so he can't post there.

Unfortunately for you and other new scratchers, there's nothing you could have ever done about. As the ST said, merging data bases is very tricky and hard to do. So rather than constantly update it and spend a lot of money which might create some financial problems for the rest of us, they'll only merge it once. Sorry, but you'll just have to wait  sad
